Review the exercises and practice sessions you have
completed in this course. (Loving Kindness, Subtle mind, Visualization,
meditation etc.) Choose two practices that you have determined to be most
beneficial. How can you implement these practices in your personal life to
foster “mental fitness”? Provide specific examples.
I think that the two things I can use most are visualization
and the meditation.
Both of these things can be down almost anywhere with no
need for electrical support. I think
that is important especially with the fast paced world that I live in. And I can do these anytime and anyplace. I can even do them on a moments’ notice. I don’t have to plan ahead. I just take advantage of the opportunities that
are presented to me. During my planning
period at work I could just sit in my classroom and do either of these. And when I have to travel with MY Raider
Teams for competition, I could do either of these in between events.

I think you are right, we are very stimulated and hopefully will take advantage of these activities at any place or time. I am curious what is MY Raider Teams? What type of competition is it? Do you require a quiet, private space to meditate or visualization? I do. I can be so easily distrated. Have a good week, Candii
